The First Annual Forever Friends Golf Tournament
Benefits: The First Annual "Forever Friends" Golf Tournament honors four extraordinary young men who were killed in a tragic car accident on April 10, 2009. To ensure that Keith MacCollom, Joey Ruzecki, Nate Richardson and LeShawn Smith are never forgotten, their families and friends have organized this event. All proceeds will go to the following charities: the Keith MacCollom Hoops and Heritage Memorial Scholarship Fund, the Joey Ruzecki Memorial Scholarship Fund, the Nate Richardson Memorial Baseball Scholarship Fund, the YMCA of Largo and the Play for Us Memorial Foundation.

First Annual Dean Hedstrom Foundation for Melanoma Awareness Pro-Am
Golf Tournament & Silent Auction
Benefits: The first annual tournament will be supporting the Chi Chi Rodriguez Golf Club & Academy in Clearwater, providing a sun shade to cover as many of the 40 practice bays as possible; and the Dean Hedstrom Foundation Research Fund at the University of California San Francisco.

Format: 5-person scramble. Teams will consist of four amateurs and one professional. Professionals will play their own ball and amateurs will play a scramble format. The low score on each hole will count as the team score. Professionals will compete for a separate professional prize purse.

Entry Fee: Amateurs: $1,000 per 4-person team or $250 per player. Professionals: No entry fee. In lieu of entry fee, a donation is requested of a round of golf for four at your facility or facility of your choice. Entry fee includes greens fee, cart, use of driving range, lunch, dinner, team listing in program, gift bag and invitation to silent auction.
