Recollections of the Past; Glimpses of the Future
-
Outback Steakhouse Pro-Am Champions Tour at TPC Tampa Bay April 12th - 18th
Whether it is the memory of three-time major winner Nick Price taking home his first ever Champions Tour title, the emotional finish of award-winning actor Michael J. Fox as he made his final putt on the 18th green or comedian/actor Bill Murray’s hysterical attempt to make light of his accidental hook shot that hit a fan; the 2009 Outback Steakhouse Pro-Am will be hard to top. Though it seems impossible, the premier Champions Tour event looks to reach new heights in 2010.
Celebrities will once again excite spectators with their “up close and
personal” crowd interaction throughout the week and weekend. This year,
golf legends and Champions Tour rookies, such as Paul Azinger and Corey
Pavin, will join high profile celebrities, including funny man George
Lopez, country songwriter/singer Vince Gill, former NFL quarterbacks
Vinny Testaverde and Joe Theismann.
