Golfers will see immediate improvements, starting with a complete overseed of tees and greens, clubhouse renovations and landscaping, cart path and bridge repairs, and upgraded grounds maintenance. This is in addition to an all new, GPS-equipped golf cart fleet. In the spring, new Champion Bermudagrass greens and Celebration Bermudagrass tees will be installed.Already one of the more affordable golf options, Pebble Creek will keep a competitive rate structure and offer a great golf value with one of the best course layouts around. Ace Golf is privately owned by Tampa residents Bill Place and Sue Lee. Ace Golf has been in the golf practice range, pro shop, miniature golf, and batting cage business for 12 years. They operate three locations – Tampa (Linebaugh Ave. & Veterans), Brandon (Kings & Lumsden) and Riverview (Boyette near Bell Shoals).
