Visit the club in May of 2009 as members and residents mark the 20th Anniviersary of the opening of this well known Tom Fazio course. The anniversary celebration will include activities the weekend of May 29th highlighted by a “Back to the 80’s” Dinner Dance, and will culminate with the ribbon cutting, bag pipers dedication, and Founding Member’s first tee shot. The Men’s Golf Association assisted in plans to reopen the course with the original order of the 18 holes finishing on one of Fazio’s favorite holes approaching the clubhouse and lake. The 35,000 square foot clubhouse was designed by noted architect Richard Diedrich, whose work includes the famed Grand Cypress Resort in Orlando and the Country Club of the South in Atlanta. From its inviting, warm brick exterior to an elegant entry, grand lobby and cathedral ceilings, the clubhouse is the center of social activity at the club.

The crown jewel of the club is its Tom Fazio-designed championship golf course. Fazio has fashioned an unparalleled 18-hole, 6,900+yard course with a strong emphasis on environmental integrity. With its impressive rolling fairways, strategically placed bunkers and water hazards, impeccable TifEagle greens and multiple teeing areas, the course is designed for the enjoyment of golfers of all skill levels.
